Privacy Policy

This Policy explains how Dragon&Elfs handles player information across the game, official support and related services.

This Privacy Policy applies to Dragon&Elfs on Android and Apple platforms, including player-support communications related to the game.

The information handled can vary by platform, app version, region, age, the features you use and the permissions you grant.

Information you provide

Purchases and platform transactions

Apple or Google processes payments made through its platform. We may receive purchase history, transaction status and related identifiers needed to confirm purchases, provide purchased content, prevent fraud, provide support and perform analytics. We do not receive your full payment-card details from the stores.

Device, app and diagnostic information

Location and advertising information

We and integrated service providers may process approximate location, typically inferred from an IP address or platform signal, for app functionality, analytics, advertising or marketing. The current store disclosures do not state that Dragon&Elfs collects precise GPS location.

Identifiers may be used for advertising, marketing, measurement and personalization. On Apple platforms, certain identifiers may be used to track activity across apps or websites owned by other companies, subject to Apple’s permission and privacy controls.

We may share information only as needed for the purposes described in this Policy:

Google Play currently states that Dragon&Elfs may share crash logs, diagnostics, other app-performance data, approximate location, device or other identifiers, and installed-app information. Apple currently states that identifiers may be used to track users and that purchase history, coarse location, user ID, device ID and crash data may be linked to a user.

5. Advertising and platform choices

You can manage advertising and tracking choices using your device and platform privacy settings. On Apple devices, you can respond to App Tracking Transparency prompts and adjust tracking permissions in Settings. On Android devices, you can use Google and device advertising controls where available.

Changing a platform setting may limit personalization or measurement but may not remove all advertising.

6. Data security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or loss. Google Play currently states that Dragon&Elfs encrypts data in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

7. Retention and deletion

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the game and support, maintain account or game progress, meet legal or accounting obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud and enforce agreements. Retention periods can differ by data category and purpose.

To request deletion of personal information associated with Dragon&Elfs, email moremorechili@gmail.com with the subject “Dragon&Elfs data deletion request” and include the account or player identifier needed to locate the account. Do not send passwords or payment-card details. We may retain limited information where required by law or necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution or transaction records.

8. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and to withdraw consent. To submit a request, contact moremorechili@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

You may also have the right to complain to the data-protection authority in your jurisdiction.

9. Children’s privacy

Dragon&Elfs may be available to a broad audience through platform storefronts. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a child in a manner that requires parental consent without obtaining that consent or otherwise complying with applicable law. Parents or guardians who believe a child has provided personal information can contact moremorechili@gmail.com to request review or deletion.

10. International data transfers

Dragon&Elfs is offered internationally. Information may be processed in countries other than the country where you live. Where required, we use contractual or other legally recognized safeguards for international transfers.

11. Third-party services

Apple, Google and integrated analytics, advertising, diagnostics or platform providers process information under their own privacy policies. Their services and privacy controls are governed by their own terms. Review your platform account and device privacy settings for additional choices.

12. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy when the game, integrated services, legal requirements or data practices change. We will update the effective date and provide additional notice where required.
